Damaged or wrong item

Clay products are fragile. If your item arrives broken or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery at info@afforet.in with your order number and an unboxing photo or video. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships for a full refund. Once it has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Not returnable

Items that have been used, or damage reported after 48 hours, cannot be returned.
